So this story is about how to increase your muscle to fat ratio. So why do you want to do this? Probably in the first case to live a healthy life. And maybe also to look healthy in public. So many people find it difficult to live a healthier life. It is a mental proces that can take years to master. So start small and dream big. In the picture your can see that fat looks at the same weight three times as big as muscle. This makes people with more fat look thicker.

There are 3 steps to increase your muscle to fat ratio. The first is to excercise. You need at least 2.5 hours of muscle and bones strengthening time per week to life a healthy life. With excercise you burn fats and you build more muscle. And the muscle you build will also burn more fat. So what you want to do with excercise is to damage the muscle and to let the muscle restore itself. So after step 1 your muscle needs rest. Make sure you sleep at least 8 hours per night and don’t train the muscles that feel sour.

Only if you have good form in your excercise. So the muscle excists of protein so if it wants to restore itself it needs enough protein.
